APEAX WARRANTY & INSTALLATION INFORMATION

The Apeax Warranty applies to the Apeax Xtreme range of films when used, handled, and installed in full accordance with the Apeax Installation Guidelines.

Apeax warrants to the original purchaser that our paint protection films will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of shipment and for the durations specified in this document, provided the product is used under normal conditions and in line with our installation and care instructions. All warranty terms and conditions apply.

Warranty Registration Requirement

All warranties must be registered through our official system within 30 days of purchase for the warranty to be valid. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase or installation, with the installer invoice serving as proof.

Important Claim Requirements

For any warranty claim relating to a material or product issue, the following is mandatory:

The warranty must be registered in the system

The batch/roll code for each installation must be recorded and retained

Clear video evidence must be provided showing the issue/defect

This information is required to allow proper investigation and verification with the factory. Claims submitted without this information likely will not be approved.
