APEAX Global is dedicated to ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Our warranty policy provides clear guidelines on coverage, exclusions, and the process for handling claims, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction and product excellence.

Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for warranty service, products must be within the warranty period and must exhibit technical faults that meet the manufacturer’s or distributor’s criteria.
The product’s packaging, box, and warranty seals must remain intact and legible and should correspond with the warranty documentation if applicable.
Exclusions From Warranty Coverage
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or fires. It also excludes damage caused by user negligence, such as burns, overheating, punctures from sharp objects, or scratches.
Additionally, damage that occurs if the required drying time for the film (48 hours) after installation is not adhered to is not covered. Damage caused by the use of non-genuine APEAX products or accessories, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations, will void the warranty.
This also includes any tampering with serial numbers, warranty seals, or evidence of counterfeiting. Damage caused by harsh cleaning agents or corrosive chemicals on the film is also excluded.
Warranty Duration And Processing
APEAX products come with a 10-year warranty. The warranty period starts from the purchase date as per the sales invoice but does not exceed the maximum period from the product’s manufacturing date.
For exchanged products, the warranty is the remaining duration of the original product’s warranty. Warranty claims must be processed at APEAX’s authorized service centers in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, with a processing time of up to 7 working days.
In special cases, APEAX Vietnam will promptly contact customers, partners, or agents.

The warranty is valid nationwide at authorized APEAX dealers or service centers. APEAX covers shipping costs for product replacements.
For warranty services, shipping costs to the authorized dealer are supported by APEAX. However, for repair services, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
